My bread doesn’t rise properly or uneven.
If you used the exact advised amount of liquids and the right temperature. Try to turn your oven a little warmer next time or turn the bread earlier. Every oven is different.

There´s a hole in my bread ...
... usually that happens when the bread rises too fast. Try to lower the temperature slightly.


My bread is too moist and not well-done.
If you slice the bread directly after baking, it is very moist and appears as if it´s not well-done. During cooling the bread still sheds a lot of humidity. Just let it rest a little bit. If that´s not enough you can put it in the oven a little bit longer or use a toaster for the sliced bread 

Can I use other vinegars?
Yes, as long the acidity is about 5%.

Can I put the bread in the freezer?
The bread can be frozen easily. It works best if you cut it in halves. Defrost the bread for 30 minutes at 80° C in the oven or just leave it at room temperature for a while.


Can I use a silicone mold?
Due to the potentially harmful plasticizers released during the heating process we don´t recommend to use silicone bakeware in general.

Can I weight the liquids?
Yes just replace grams through milliliters.

Can I eat as much Paleo-Bread, as other breads?
Yes you could. However we recommend not eating more than 3-4 slices per day - as we consider a balanced diet with many different, healthy components sensible.

Does the bread provide too many omega 6 fatty acids?
In general nuts and seeds are rich in omega 6 fatty acids. Thanks to the high amount of flax seed flour and whole flax seeds with their high omgea 3 content the ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 fatty acids is balanced in our bread.

My stomach grumbles...
a reason could be the high fiber content of the bread and your gastrointestinal not being used to this. The intolerance against fiber may be a sign of an inadequate gutbiom or a not 100% functioning digestive system. A diet high in fiber might putsthings right here.
