Baking instructions
Mix 120 g lower-carb* pizza baking mix, 190 ml warm water, 3 tsp olive oil and knead. Using a second sheet of baking paper, roll out to a thickness of approx. 4 mm on a baking tray. Pre-bake at 185°C fan oven for 20-25 minutes. The base should be browned and almost cooked through. Top as desired and bake for a further 15-20 minutes.
*Conventional baking mixes for pizza dough: 90 g carbohydrates, Organic Workout baking mix: 8.4 g carbohydrates per 120 g baking mix.
