Instructions for 15 cookies 

Mix the baking mix with 45 ml coconut oil (if solid, heat gently in a bain-marie) and 65 ml water. Using a tablespoon, form 15 portions on a baking tray lined with baking paper and press them slightly flat. Bake at 175 °C (fan oven) for 10–12 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool in the oven with the door slightly open.
